Over a Century of Serving Our Neighbors
Founded in 1912 in Augusta, Georgia, New Bethlehem Community Center is the oldest and first Bethlehem Center established in the United States.
For more than 113 uninterrupted years, we have opened our doors to families facing hardship, youth navigating difficult paths, seniors seeking connection, and neighbors simply in need of a helping hand — all free of charge.
We are a National Missions Institution of the United Women in Faith, guided by our mission to be an extension of God's ministry and to improve the quality of life for all people in our community.
